OVERVIEW

Heli IQ is a smart solar blinds solution designed to improve energy efficiency and support intelligent home integration.
The goal was to build a clear, modern and scalable brand communication system that could be used across multiple European markets.

To create a strong and differentiated brand for a new smart-tech product entering a competitive market, while ensuring consistent communication across marketing, sales and partner channels.

Brand Growth & Market Propagation

Heli IQ was built and scaled as a brand from the ground up. From the very beginning, the focus was not only on product development, but on long-term brand propagation and market presence.

The brand launch started with the creation of a clear identity and positioning, followed by a strong international debut at R+T Stuttgart, where Heli IQ was introduced to a global professional audience. The exhibition became a key starting point for market visibility, direct business conversations and brand recognition within the industry.

Following the expo, Heli IQ entered entrepreneur and industry associations, strengthening its credibility and positioning as a verified and trusted market player. This step played an important role in building institutional trust and opening doors to new partnerships across European regions.

At the same time, I led the development of a structured media and content strategy. The brand was actively featured in industry and thematic magazines across multiple European countries, supported by articles explaining the product, its value and its relevance to modern markets. These publications helped establish Heli IQ as a recognizable name beyond its initial launch markets.

In parallel, we built a video and social media presence, creating content that translated the brand’s vision and product logic into accessible, shareable formats. This was supported by a script processing and messaging system, ensuring consistency across interviews, articles, videos and sales conversations.

As a result of this coordinated brand propagation effort, Heli IQ evolved from a new product into a scalable, recognizable brand. Under my leadership and together with cross-functional teams, the brand gained visibility, credibility and industry attention. Today, Heli IQ is actively present in professional discussions, attracts collaboration interest from other brands and operates as a recognizable player within its category.
